Most of the nightmare stories you hear in the roofing industry revolve around poor communication. A gap between the sales estimators and the actual teams that tear off and install a new roof. After 20+ years and over 5000 roofs installed, CBX has developed a system of communication that ensures all parties are fully aware of what is expected and the timeframes required to fulfill those guarantees. Any update that our project managers receive will be passed on IMMEDIATELY to the customer and all team members to ensure everyone knows exactly where the project is at any given moment.
